As CHICAGO FIRE prepares to say goodbye to Sylvie Brett (Kara Killmer), #Chihards are also losing a delightful part of the Wednesday night ONE CHICAGO viewing experience: Killmer’s live tweets.

“I’m not sure that I do social media very well,” she tells Give Me My Remote with a laugh. “You have to figure out how to make it fun for yourself. So, you know, I do enjoy doing a nice gif and commentary to make light of the viewing experience. And that’s just a fun way to interact with the fans.”

Killmer would post during the episode’s initial run, sometimes commenting on big moments, reacting to twists, or just having fun with what was on-screen

“There’s so many delightful things that happened behind the scenes that you’re like, ‘We have to share this,’” she says. “We don’t have a blooper reel, but there’s so much material. We are such goofballs on FIRE, so you need to document [it]—the masses need to know how ridiculous we actually are behind the scenes. So I’m always happy to provide material. And that’s a part of what makes the whole experience a lot of fun.”

And make sure to follow along to see what she shares tonight from the big Brettsey wedding!
