“Remorse” – After the president of the NY Fed is gunned down trying to help a young woman in peril, the team races to find the killer and the missing woman. Additionally, a distressing connection to one of Jubal’s past cases is revealed during the investigation, compounding the pressure on him as he also deals with his son’s school suspension, on FBI, Tuesday, Feb. 20 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network, and streaming on Paramount+ (live and on demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs). FBI’s sixth season kicked off last week with big ratings (up 16% from the season 5 premiere and 20% from the season finale, per CBS estimates)…an impressive feat for a series that crossed the 100th episode milestone in May 2023.

“It seems unreal; it is a real ‘pinch me’ moment,” Katherine Renee Kane, who has played Tiffany Wallace since season 3, tells Give Me My Remote of the show crossing the 100-episode mark. “It’s humbling to be able to be a part of something—and to come into something that’s been built that’s had great success and that people really care about.”

“That’s a huge blessing, but it’s also a huge responsibility,” she continues. “And it’s something that I’m continuing to try to uphold. So it feels really good. It feels like I have to really take it all in and remember this is a big deal.”

In the aftermath of a season premiere that saw the team losing one of their own, “We are really, really excited about the stuff that’s coming up,” Kane previews.

For Tiff, “people can expect to see [the show] delve back into her family life, her personal life, and what comes of that,” she teases. “What it will be, we have to just wait and see. But we can expect it, I’m sure.”

Additionally, Kane also shares the cast “all love” when the partnerships get (temporarily) shaken up on the show. “Honestly, I think any pairing when they switch up the partnerships is incredibly fun,” she says. “When I get to do scenes with Jeremy [Sisto] or Alana [De La Garza] that was incredibly fun. So I’ve been able to work with them and I would happily work with any of them again in any capacity—and I know we will.”

FBI, Tuesdays, 8/7c, CBS
